A word about Discounts

Our WELCOME discount is a one-time discount available on all products and to all new customers.  

Occasionally, we will run a Flash Sale on a particular item or collection.

Unfortunately we cannot combine discounts but here's what we will do:  

While running a flash sale, the WELCOME discount becomes unavailable at check out.  If a customer wants to purchase a flash sale item along with non-sale items and use the WELCOME discount, two orders will need to be placed.  If the orders are placed on the same day, we will combine them and refund the lowest shipping cost.

 

Payment

Payment is expected and must be made at time of purchase via any of the accepted payment methods provided.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 3 - 5 business days.  Please note that during holidays or sales, our shipping times may vary.  We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our site. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns.  This includes, but is not limited to, fragrances you may not care for or if you are allergic to a particular ingredient.  All our ingredients are listed for each product, so please be sure to read it before ordering.  However, if you experience a legitimate issue with your order, please contact us.  We will do whatever we can to make it right.

When a purchase is made from our store we collect the personal information you provide such as your name, address and email address as part of the buying and selling process.

Consent

How do you get my consent?

When personal information is provided to place an order, complete a transaction, verify credit card information, provide a delivery address or return a product, it its implied that you consent to our collecting that information but only to use it for the specific reason you are giving it.

We will NEVER ask for your personal information for alternative reasons such as marketing.  Signing up for our email list is completely voluntary.

Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our Terms of Service.
